Attorney Terri Daugherty has joined the Chattanooga office of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan.
Daugherty, a native of Georgetown, graduated from Berea College in 2009 before earning her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law in 2012.
Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including products liability, personal injury and premises liability defense. She also works with small business start-ups and handles family law and workers’ compensation cases. She’s licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia.
Daugherty is a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia, the Defense Research Institute, the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
