Cancellation & Refund Policy
Accounts can be cancelled at any time by written notice, e-mailed or mailed certified mail
return receipt requested to The Hamilton County Herald, Attention: Customer Service, 193 Jefferson, Memphis, TN 38103,
provided. However, you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly
charges for the month for which you discontinued service.
Refunds are given up to 30 days after a subscription is ordered and
exclude issues received. No refund after 30 days for print or online versions.

The Hamilton County Herald collects the domain name of e-mail addresses (when possible) of users who access our website;
