Charlie and Nathan Walldorf are now part of The Group’s family of Realtors. This shocker combines the oldest names in Chattanooga real estate with one of Chattanooga’s newest real estate firms.
Charlie’s father and Nathan’s grandfather, Herman Walldorf, founded Herman Walldorf and Company in 1926. In 2011, Charlie and his brother, Rudy Walldorf, split the commercial and residential sides of their business into two separate firms: Herman Walldorf & Co. Realtors, Inc. and Herman Walldorf Commercial, Inc. Rudy will continue to operate the latter company.

Charlie and Nathan will continue their business of serving Chattanooga’s residential real estate clients at The Group.

While Rudy is sorry to see Charlie and Nathan leave the physical location they’ve shared, he’s pleased they choose to affiliate with Farmer and The Group co-founder Kadi Brown. “Residential and commercial real estate brokerages are different specialties,” Rudy says. “I’m sure Charlie and Nathan will continue to provide their clients with superior service.”
Founded by Chattanooga natives Brown and Farmer, The Group Real Estate Brokerage opened its doors in 2017 in Chattanooga’s Southside.
