Attorney Bruce Gill is now a managing partner of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan. The law firm has over 50 attorneys and 70 staff members in four offices throughout Tennessee, including Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis.
Gill is located in the firm’s Nashville office. His practice concentrates on insurance coverage issues and litigation, as well as defense of various professional disciplines, including nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, health care providers and facilities, pharmacists and attorneys.
Gill has also defended construction defect matters, personal injury cases and contract disputes. He has extensive experience in appellate advocacy, including both briefing and oral argument, over a range of issues. He also is involved in estate planning and probate, including contested will litigation and trust litigation.
Gill graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1995. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001. He is a member of the Tennessee, Nashville and Chattanooga Bar Associations, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and the Long Term Care Risk Legal Forum. He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Massachusetts.
