Michael’s Homes is the big winner in the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga’s 2017 Showcase of Homes awards.
The local builder claimed five awards, including Home of the Year, for its entry on High River Drive in Soddy Daisy.
HBAGC’s Showcase of Homes, which featured 10 builders and 18 homes, was held during two weekends in October and drew more than 5,000 visitors.
HBAGC presented eight different awards in two categories – homes costing more than $400,000 and homes costing less than $400,000.
A committee of industry professionals toured each home and scored it in different areas.
Michael’s Homes won Home of the Year for earning the highest overall point total. G.T. Issa, Trust Homes and GreenTech won three each.
