McNutt to chair Cornerstones board




Ann Gray, executive director of Cornerstones, Inc., has announced its 2017 board of directors and officers.

Cornerstones is Chattanooga’s historic preservation organization.

Gray announced Bob McNutt, of McNutt Consulting, as the new board chairman.

Six new members are joining for three year terms each:

  • Charlotte Caldwell, local art advocate
  • Scott Seagle, senior instructional developer with the Walker Center for Teaching and Learning at UTC
  • Jenny Shugart, local historic preservationist and photographer
  • Justin Tirsun, senior planner for the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency
  • Patrice Glass, with the McCallie School’s Advancement Office
  • Arch Willingham IV, president of T.U. Parks Construction

The officers are:

  • President:  Bob McNutt
  • Vice President: Melissa Mortimer
  • Treasurer:  Trip Farmer
  • Secretary:  Becky Browder
  • Immediate Past President:  Eric Myers
