Miller & Martin adds three associates




Three new Miller & Martin associates are beginning work across the firm’s corporate, commercial and litigation practices in Chattanooga.

Varsha Ghodasra is in the corporate group, Rachael Waxler-Ruiz is in the commercial group and Haley Moody has joined the firm’s litigation practice.

“These outstanding attorneys add to our experienced team and help to create value to our client service across the firm and also demonstrate our commitment to excellence and diversity,” says Jim Haley, chairman of Miller & Martin.

Ghodasra focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on corporate governance issues. Her bar admissions include Tennessee, Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania.

Ghodasra earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Georgia and degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Moody earned her juris doctor degree from Tulane University Law School. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in history from the University of Alabama, where she was a Presidential Scholar and competed in varsity NCAA Division I Cross-Country and Track & Field.

Waxler-Ruiz focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate and also has experience with matters involving environmental law and workplace safety.

Ruiz graduated from Tulane University, where she earned a degree in environmental policy and international relations. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where she was the recipient of the C.J. Morrow Scholars Scholarship Award.

Ruiz is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
