The Mid-South Symphonic Band will celebrate the first day of spring with a free concert.
The event will take place Sunday, March 20 at 3 p.m. at the Volkswagen Conference Center, located at 8001 Volkswagen Dr.
The concert will be family friendly, open to the public, and free of charge.
Celebrating its 25th season, the Mid-South Symphonic Band is comprised of 75 musicians from the greater Chattanooga area who perform under the direction of Jim Souders.
The all-volunteer organization includes musicians from diverse backgrounds who enjoy sharing their talents with each other and the community.
