Keller Williams Downtown celebrates banner year in 2015

Keller Williams Downtown (KWD) celebrated what team leader Nathan Brown called “an incredible 2015” with an awards luncheon at The Mill Wednesday, Feb. 24.

During the event, Brown announced that the office had $571,417,393, or over a half billion dollars, in gross closed income (GCI) in 2015. The average

GCI per agent was $86,587. In addition, KWD saw a net gain of 43 agents last year, which was an increase of more than 50 percent over 2014. Also, the company finished second among Keller Williams branches in the Southeastern Regionin productivity.

Award highlights included: Nathan Torgerson, highest closed GCI and most closed units by an agent; Robert Fisher, highest closed GCI and most closed units by a commercial agent; the Brogdon Team, highest closed GCI and most closed units by a team; and the Charlotte Mabry Team, high closed GCI and most closed units by a group.
