Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty held its “umpteenth” (as co-owner Bill Pryor said) awards luncheon Tuesday, Feb. 23 at SpringHill Suites Marriott.

The company presented a comprehensive selection of honors that saw everyone but its newest agents leave with something in hand.

Major winners for the company’s Chattanooga branch (Bill and Peggy Pryor also own an office in Dayton, Tenn.) included: Natalie Chalverus, who received the Relocation Platinum Award; Realtor Susan Stout, who was the company’s Rising Star; and Robert Backer, who was the top producer. Peggy also made a special presentation to Realtor Sherry Pete, who received the local Preserving the Trust Award for an act of tremendous kindness to a client in 2015.

In his opening remarks, General Manager Phil Pryor said 2015 was great, but 2016 will be “even better.”
