Local attorneys named Mid-South Super Lawyers

Dozens of Chattanooga-based attorneys can be found in the 2014 edition of Mid-South Super Lawyers. The publication also included several local attorneys on its 2014 list of Mid-South Rising Stars.

The selections for these lists are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, a service of Thomson Reuters, Legal Division. Each year, the research team undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

First published in 1991 by Law & Politics magazine and acquired by Thomson Reuters, Legal in February 2010, Super Lawyers magazines reach more than 13 million readers across the country.

Super Lawyers selects no more than five percent of the lawyers in a state as Mid-South Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in a state as Mid-South Rising Stars.
