Developer Bassam Issa of The ANT Group on Monday, July 7 hosted at Westview Elementary School a second community meeting with East Brainerd residents about his plans for a community off Ooltewah-Ringgold Road.

Issa, a resident of Frost Creek neighborhood, has a vision for the vacant 53.9-acre property located at 9700 East Brainerd Road that includes apartment living for families and a small town center.

The Enclave at East Hamilton will be located adjacent to single-family homes. Drive-through restaurants and a Super Bi-Lo are to the west of the property. Small-scale commercial lots connect to the northwest corner.

A boulevard with native plantings will welcome people entering from Ooltewah-Ringgold Road. Shops and boutiques that are smaller in scale than the neighboring grocery store will round out the development.

The developer is working with Greystone Properties from Atlanta. To view their online portfolio visit www.GreystoneProperties.net.
