The May meeting of the Women’s Council of Realtors, held at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, gave one lady a chance to represent a local business that has signed on as a Super Sponsor of the organization, while another announced the publication of a Community Services Directory.
Charity Kincaid, production manager at PrimeLending, gave a brief presentation regarding the programs PrimeLending offers to help agents sell their listings. The company’s programs range from the standard 95 percent conventional and FHA loan program to several renovation programs that allow a borrower to not only purchase the home of their dreams but also make improvements or repairs, allowing them to have the kitchen or pool they want.

Ronda Van Billiard announced that the WCR is partnering with her company, Fortune Marketing, to produce a new publication: the 2014 Community Services Directory. The directory will be distributed by the WCR to area Realtors and real estate offices. Realtors will be distributing up to 1,200 copies of the publication to their listing clients and new home buyers in the greater Chattanooga area. This publication will be a 5.5” x 8.5” spiral bound publication with full color card-stock covers and tab pages that separate the different sections of the directory.
“It’s a keeper home owners will reference over and over again,” Billiard said.
