Acts of heroism and valor are performed every day by the law enforcement officers who serve the citizens of Hamilton County.
These men and women chose a career on the front line, and willingly placed themselves in harm’s way while protecting the public.
The annual Law Enforcement Memorial Service honoring their service and sacrifice was held Thursday, May 15 at the City/County Courts Building.
The program honored the heroes who lost their lives in the line of duty dating back to the 1800s, those who continue to serve and protect the public, and the family members and friends who still mourn their loss. Pick up a copy of the Hamilton County Herald for more photos.
