Local mediation company launches new website

Most Chattanooga residents are familiar with the name Dr. Carol Berz, and with Private Dispute Resolution Services, her company. One of the only collaborative mediation and training companies in the region, PDRS has received recognition and accolades nationwide. To better serve its growing customer base, PDRS has launched a new website: www.4pdrs.com.

The site focuses on the services offered by Private Dispute Resolution Services and the collaborative approach to planning and problem-solving. With this approach, parties in conflict have the opportunity to sit across the table from one other in a confidential setting where they can have an open discussion about their disagreement, generate ideas for a solution, and make informed, lasting decisions

about their futures.

The scope of services offered include corporate consulting, mediation and education

and training.

“Our training institute has equipped over 500 participants from all over the country with a solid foundation to practice mediation, mediation advocacy. and collaborative problem-solving in Tennessee and other states,” Berz said. “The quality of our training team and our unique approach really sets us apart in the industry.”

According to Berz, the Chattanooga-based business’s area of largest new growth is consulting. The PDRS team helps organizations manage internal conflict either through strategic planning and design and implementation of conflict management systems.

“Organizations want to be proactive in how they manage their internal and external relationships. We help them design that system. Our new website outlines all of our services as well as our training calendar,” said Berz.

“Mediation and its associated services are having their moment right now. We’ve been here all along, and we just want those new to our industry to recognize that we are a leader in the southeast.”
