Crye-Leike Realtor Debra Loomis earns GRI

Crye-Leike Chattanooga Realtor Debra Loomis has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Loomis completed the training and 90 hours of classroom instruction to earn the designation, which provides real estate agents with a specialized education that helps them advise and assist their clients with contracts, negotiations, finance options, marketing, laws, and ethics.

“My GRI designation will help me continue to provide great service to my clients,” said Loomis. “This training has provided me with in-depth knowledge on several topics that will help me help my clients navigate their real estate transactions.”

A licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Georgia, Loomis works out of the company’s Hixson office. She assists buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Rhea, and Bradley counties and in Soddy Daisy, Tenn., where she lives.

Loomis has been helping clients for seven years, specializing in residential real estate sales, relocation, and new home construction. She is a member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Loomis has completed hundreds of hours of training to earn her professional real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and now as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

“By earning these real estate designations, I’m showing my clients that I’ve made a commitment to provide a high level of professionalism,” said Loomis. “I want my clients to trust my ability to do my job and do it well.”
