On Friday, November 1, Miller & Martin hosted an event that provided attendees with a first-hand update on the current status of legislative matters from U.S. Senator Bob Corker as part of the Chattanooga Corporate Counsel Network (CCCN) seminar series. Corker delivered remarks and took questions from those in attendance.
“I enjoyed this opportunity to discuss the big issues facing our country. As a former mayor and businessman, I appreciate the crucial role local entrepreneurs and executives play in helping communities, our state and our country thrive,” said Corker.
The CCCN is an organization created by Miller & Martin for attorneys in the legal departments of corporations, associations, and other private-sector organizations in the Chattanooga area. The goal of the Network is to provide a forum for in-house counsel to communicate and network with each other, to provide educational resources, and to otherwise serve the common interests of area in-house counsel by offering programs involving timely, relevant, and substantive legal or business topics.
