Team Ramos begins work for Crye-Leike

New Realtor Laurena Morehead has teamed up with top producing Realtor Rommel Ramos to work as Team Ramos for Crye-Leike.

Morehead and Ramos will work out of the company’s East Brainerd office. Ramos focuses on helping sellers list, market and sell homes, while Morehead guides buyers through the process of purchasing a home.

Team Ramos assists buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Bradley, Catoosa and Walker counties. They specialize in working with residential real estate sales, first-time home buyers, investment properties and REO bank-owned properties. Ramos and Morehead are both members of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Ramos has been a top producing Realtor for over a decade. He consistently ranks as one of Crye-Leike’s top Realtors in the company’s Chattanooga region and he ranked as the top-selling agent for the company’s East Brainerd office for 2012. Rommel is also a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Although Morehead is new to the real estate profession, she’s had a love for homes and a dream to become a Realtor since she was a teenager. She was recently inspired to finally pursue a real estate career after selling her home and purchasing a farm. Those transactions reminded Morehead of how much she loved real estate. She especially enjoys helping young couples find and purchase their first home.

Morehead first met Rommel when he was speaking at a Crye-Leike College class she was attending as a new agent for the company. Rommel mentioned wanting to team up with another agent who was passionate about working with real estate buyers, and Laurena fit that description well.

“Team Ramos is off to a great start,” Rommel said. “We work well together because we compliment each other’s strengths and we pride ourselves on helping people sell and buy homes, not just houses. We realize a real estate transaction is one of the biggest financial decisions people face, so advising our clients to make the best decisions for them and their situation is our top priority.”

“As a new Realtor, I’m honored to work with someone like Rommel, who has acquired so much real estate knowledge and expertise,” said Morehead. “Rommel has been a great mentor to me as a new agent. He’s a hard working man who doesn’t sit still much.”
