Crye-Leike welcomes Nakia Singleton to its Ooltewah branch

After making her own dream of homeownership come true, Chattanooga resident Nakia Singleton decided she wanted to help other people realize their real estate goals and dreams are achievable.

When Nakia was in the process of buying her home, she had to put a lot of trust in her Realtor and finance company which gave her the desire to learn everything about the real estate industry. Nakia’s search to buy her first home sparked her passion for real estate and led her to the decision to start a new career as a Realtor.

“The process of buying a home seemed scary to me,” says Nakia. “I knew very little about the real estate industry at that time but was eager to learn so I could get the best deal for myself. After I went through all of the transactions of successfully purchasing my first home, I knew working in real estate would be the perfect field for me.”

Nakia is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around the Chattanooga area. She specializes in all types of residential real estate sales and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Nakia works with clients based out of Crye-Leike’s Ooltewah branch office.

“As an average, hard working citizen, the process to get qualified for a loan was not easy for me, but it was possible,” says Nakia. “Since getting my real estate license, I’ve been able to help many people see that it is possible to own your own home versus paying high rental rates for an apartment or home. I love helping people, and now as a Realtor, I’m proud to have reached out to my community to assist many people through the same trials I faced trying to become a homeowner.”

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Nakia worked for The Humane Education Society for over 11 years. She lives in Chattanooga and is an active member of Hawkinsville Baptist Church.

“Working in a public service oriented job for many years has given me the experience to communicate with people in any type of situation,” said Nakia. “My goal is to provide my clients with excellent customer service while building a trust worthy relationship with them that’s built on good communication. I’ve been blessed to help many buyers find that perfect place to call home, and have helped many people successfully sell their home in the short time I’ve been a licensed Realtor, and I look forward to helping many more people meet all of their real estate goals and needs.”
