The portraits of three former General Sessions judges were unveiled Thursday, November 15 during a standing room only ceremony in the Jury Selection Room of the Courts Building. The portraits of the Honorable Russell Hinson, the Honorable Robert L. Moon, Jr., and the Honorable S. Richard Holcomb will hang in the General Sessions courtrooms.
