Crye-Leike upgrades home Web site

The process of searching for a house to purchase has evolved in recent years. Homebuyers no longer start their search for a home with a fully fueled car; rather, they get online to find a place to call home.

With most home buyers starting their home search on the Internet, having an effective Web site is essential for a real estate company.

Since Crye-Leike opened its doors in 1977, the company has offered its clients and agents the latest technology tools. To maintain this tradition, Crye-Leike has rolled out a redesigned version of its award-winning Web site, www.crye-leike.com.

With a cleaner and up-to-date design, the new site is easier to navigate and user friendly. For example, the tabs across the top of the site give visitors quick and easy access to locating information and services.

“We’ve incorporated the latest tools to make searching for a home, selling a home and even owing a home easier for our clients,” said Crye-Leike Web manager Angie Vandenbergh.

Not only is it easier for customers to navigate Crye-Leike’s new Web site; it’s also easier for people to find answers to their real estate questions.

“It’s no longer a site focused only on home buyers,” said Crye-Leike corporate executive vice president Gurtej Sodhi. “There’s also information for sellers, investors, builders, homeowners and renters. Customers can find assistance to buy, sell, relocate, rent, remodel, finance, close, insure or invest.”

Sodhi adds, “Crye-Leike is one of only a few companies to incorporate Multiple Listing Service sales data into its public Web site. Many people wonder about the selling price of a property, and our redesigned site offers free and easy access to reliable sales data.”

“How is the local real estate market doing?” is a popular question customers ask before buying or selling a home. That question can now be answered at www.crye-leike.com, which includes local real estate reports, sales trends and statistics that give customers insight on how the current market is performing compared to the previous year and other areas across the country.

The Crye-Leike’s new Web site offers a streamlined design that highlights the company’s one-stop shopping model, which strives to offer customers assistance with the entire real estate transaction – from searching for a home, to securing financing, to helping clients at the closing table.

Crye-Leike has won awards for its Web site and search engine optimization (SEO). The new site design incorporates additional SEO elements to make it even easier for more customers to find www.crye-leike.com. The new design will also make it easier for Crye-Leike to update its site with fresh information for its customers and agents.

“A passionate commitment to unsurpassed service has always been Crye-Leike’s mission and motto,” said co-founder and CEO Harold Crye. “One way we give great service is by listening to the needs of our customers and agents and providing the best tools to meet their needs. Technology is rapidly evolving, and Crye-Leike strives to offer all of the cutting-edge tools and services in real estate. Our IT experts are already incorporating many of the new Web site enhancements into an update for our mobile app.”
