Ooltewah Realtor earns ABR designation

After working with real estate buyers and sellers for the last eight years, Ooltewah Realtor Irena Coffman knows the importance of keeping her real estate education and knowledge of the market up-to-date. Coffman recently earned her professional real estate designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative. In order to better assist her clients, Coffman earned the designation by completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation. The ABR designation is awarded to real estate agents who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria. Coffman joins more than 32,000 Realtors in North America who have earned this designation.

“It’s important that we as agents continue our education and earn designations in order to help our clients navigate this challenging housing market,” said Crye-Leike Realtor Coffman. “This designation is an important step for me as a professional real estate agent. It is our responsibility to have as much knowledge as possible to share with our clients so they can make the decisions that’s best for them.”

Coffman is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Georgia. She is based out of Crye-Leike’s Ooltewah branch office. Coffman works with buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Bradley, Marion, Catoosa and Walker counties. She specializes in all types of residential real estate sales with an emphasis in new home construction. She is a member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
