Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty recently held its annual awards luncheon at The Farm Golf Club to celebrate its top agents. More than 100 agents and guests attended.

Company President and broker Mike Maret reviewed Kinard Realty’s production in 2023 and highlighted the successful Ninja Selling Installation held in February that added and renewed 40 “Ninja” mindset agents to the team.

“Last year was amazing for real estate and for Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty,” announced Maret. “We’re recognizing more than one-third of our agents for their performance, and the franchise is one of the top Coldwell Banker franchises in Georgia.”

For the sixth consecutive year, Coldwell Banker has awarded the President’s Award of Honor to Kinard Realty, making it one of only 34 companies internationally to earn this designation.

More locally, Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty ranked third in the state of Georgia based on closed units and fourth in gross commission income (GCI). The Dalton office earned the international Presidents’ Circle Designation for combined GCI.

Maret, alongside business partners Bill Blackwood and John Thomas, presented the Top Overall Residential Agent award to Lisa Sloan from the Dalton Office for the fourth consecutive year.

Rookie of the Year honors went to two agents: Angie Griffin of the Ringgold office and Braden Mathis of the Dalton office.

Kinard Realty recognized top commercial agents Bradley Nelson, Charlie White and Blackwood in the multi-million-dollar category. The top producers in each office were Kathy Rohsenberger of the Cleveland office, Jennifer Nelis of the Ringgold office, Adam Adcock of the Calhoun office, and Brenda Guy and Renae Carlton of the Cartersville office.

International President’s Circle (top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents globally) recipients included Sloan, Patrick Jones, April Schneller and John Thomas.

International Diamond Society (top 7% of Coldwell Banker agents globally) recipients included Carlos Ayala, Justin Hasty, Erica Hedden, Suzanne Hill, Talli Williams, Sharon Majetich, Nelis, Beau Paton, Rohsenberger and Tammy Johnson.

International Sterling Society (top 15% of Coldwell Banker agents globally) recipients included Adcock, Carlton, Dan Combs, Jr., Guy, Sarah Hooker, Margie Keller, Shawn Mathews, Keith Nitsch, Brandyn O’Dell, Susan Paterson, Dana Poe, Elda Ramrirez, Tyna Stevenson, Wes Talley, Michelle Tankersley and Laura Young.
