Chambliss welcomes Crutchfield to the firm’s estate planning section




 Alexis Crutchfield has joined the estate planning practice area of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel.

Crutchfield assists clients with a variety of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney, achieving current and long-term planning goals and petitioning for conservatorship.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University in 2017 before continuing her education at the Howard University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney for the school’s child welfare clinic.

Crutchfield is a member of the S.L. Hutchins, Chattanooga and Tennessee bar associations. She’s also a member of the Brock-Cooper Chapter of the American Inns of Court and a board member for the Chattanooga Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, where she received the Service of the Year Award in 2022.

In addition to volunteering at various Legal Aid clinics, Crutchfield has represented clients through pro bono work in orders of protection and obtaining conservatorship.
