BrightBridge Capital has named Mike Matousek a senior loan officer. Matousek previously served as a commercial banker, chief financial officer and credit adviser. He brings more than two decades of experience to the new role.
The Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Clemson University began his career as a credit analyst.
Matousek is a volunteer with SCORE, the largest business mentoring organization in the country.
The Louisiana native has been in Chattanooga for four years and resides with his family in East Brainerd.
East Ridge Residence hires executive director
Amy Silvers is the new executive director of East Ridge Residence, an independent living community in East Ridge managed by Signal Mountain-based Veritas Senior Living.
Silvers has developed an extensive background in independent living communities and skilled nursing facilities over the past 18 years. She will oversee the day-to-day operations and manage the employees of the community.
Born and raised in Midland, Michigan, Silvers comes from a family involved in senior living and health care. Her mother was a certified nursing assistant at a skilled nursing facility, her younger sister has been a nurse for more than 20 years and her grandmother volunteered in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Tennessee has been Silvers’ home for the last 27 years.
