Local Realtors serve statewide Women’s council

Realtors Connie Powell-Brewer of Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, center, and Jamie Curtis, far right, of Crye-Leike Realtors Downtown Chattanooga will serve as officers of the State of Tennessee Women’s Council of Realtors in 2022.

Powell-Brewer was installed as liaison and Curtis was inducted as treasurer during the Tennessee Realtors conference in Chattanooga this month.

As liaison, Powell-Brewer will act as a conduit between the WCR’s national and state networks and the organization’s six local networks in Tennessee, including the Chattanooga, Great Smoky Mountains, Knoxville, Memphis, Middle Tennessee and Sumner networks.

Powell-Brewer is the president of the organization’s Chattanooga network, while Curtis is also serving as treasurer locally.

The WCR endeavors to advance women as leaders in the real estate industry and in the communities they serve, Powell-Brewer says.
