Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Chattanooga Area is hosting a series of DIY construction workshops that will continue through Thursday, Sept. 13. The clinics are being held at Habitat for Humanity’s Ooltewah ReStore, located at 9408 Apison Pike, from 5-6 p.m. on the following days:
-- Thursday, Aug. 23 - Plumbing 101
-- Tuesday, Sept. 4 - Power Tools 101
-- Thursday, Sept. 13 - Painting and Caulking
The one-hour workshops are free and open to anyone 18 years or older. Registration is required. Register for one or all of the clinics at www.eventbrite.com.
