Faith graduates from Leadership Law, honored with President’s award

Faith

Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott and Cannon attorney Justin Faith was one of 28 attorneys from across the state to graduate from the Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Law program during the TBA’s annual convention in Memphis in June.

The group of attorneys spent the last six months learning about leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in state government and the importance of community service.

Faith was also selected as the 2018 recipient of the President’s Special Recognition Award for his significant efforts furthering the initiatives of the TBA’s Young Lawyers Division this past year, including expanding the YLD’s social media presence, preparing the YLD’s monthly attorney spotlight features and promoting the group’s clinics and events.

Faith currently serves on the TBA YLD’s executive committee as treasurer and liaison to the public service committee.

Faith practices primarily in the areas of civil business litigation and estate administration.

He has experience representing both businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and business disputes, construction matters, employment law, municipality issues, trust and estate litigation, conservatorships and various other legal matters in state and federal court.

Faith earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville.
