RE/MAX Renaissance has come to Hixson. Led by broker Brenda Purcell, the office will cater to home owners and contractors in the Hixson, Middle Valley and Soddy Daisy areas.
“First time home buyers have more opportunities than ever before,” Purcell says. “With the growth in the region, we felt our agents needed to be here to better serve their clients. It’s a great time to be in the business, and we think we’ve chosen a great location.”
RE/MAX Renaissance Hixson is the third RE/MAX office in the Chattanooga area for franchise owners Frances Vantrease and Beth Brock Dodson.
Dodson describes the office as a “classically-styled boutique office with a warm welcoming environment for our agents and their clients alike.”
The full service real estate brokerage opened with Purcell, four Realtors and plans to add up to three more full-time agents within the next few months.
“Our goal will be to provide client-friendly services. Buying and selling a home can be both exciting and stressful for consumers. If we do our jobs correctly, we can help eliminate some of the stress,” Purcell adds.
