The American Institute of Real Estate Professionals (AIREP) has chosen Chattanooga Realtor Nathan Torgerson as one of the “2015 10 Best Real Estate Professionals for Client Satisfaction.”
Those chosen for the honor must pass a selection process based on client and peer nominations, research, and an independent evaluation by AIREP. Some of the selection criteria includes a perfect ten out of ten in client satisfaction, no negative feedback or complaints, recognized industry leadership, sales volume, and previous awards.
“One of the most important aspects of being a Realtor is making the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible for clients,” says Torgerson. “It’s an honor to be chosen as one of Tennessee’s ten best real estate professionals for client satisfaction’ because it lets me know I’m helping to make my clients’ experience a good one.”
A big part of the selection process involves the Realtor’s relationships and reputation among his or her clients. AIOREP places the utmost emphasis on selecting those who have achieved significant success in real estate without sacrificing the service and support they provide.
“Each client is unique in his or her needs when either buying or selling a home,” says Torgerson. “I work to provide the highest level of excitement, care, and communication from the moment the sign goes into the yard for a seller, or a buyer chooses the Tennessee or Georgia area as his or her future home. Buying or selling a home can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be if you choose the right representation.”
This isn’t the first time Torgerson has been recognized for his work in the real estate industry. Last quarter, he received the Outstanding Customer Service award for the Keller Williams Realty Southeast Region. He’s won numerous other awards as well, including being named among the top five percent of agents in the Greater Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and the 2014 top individual agent at Keller Williams Realty Greater Downtown Realty.
