Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty this month celebrated its 30th anniversary as an affiliate of the Coldwell Banker network. Coldwell Banker Real Estate President and Chief Executive Officer Budge Huskey recently presented the company with a trophy honoring its accomplishment.
The company was founded in 1978, and joined the Coldwell Banker network in 1985. Phil Pryor joined the company in 2004 after a career in hospital management, and is responsible for the overall supervision, operation, and growth of the company.
The company’s main office is located near Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga. Bill Pryor has managed a branch office in Dayton, Tenn., since his retirement from TVA as an electrical engineer.
Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty has a full service corporate relocation division led by Lauren Glick, a certified relocation professional. The relocation department serves some of the largest corporate relocation companies in the world.
In addition, Ann Martin, vice president of sales and marketing, has been recognized for her skills in training and mentoring sales associates, who are consistently recognized locally and internationally for their high productivity.
The company also boasts many bilingual sales associates.
