Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Realty Center in Hixson, Tenn., has announced the addition of Drew Ducros to its team of Realtors. Ducros is licensed in Tennessee, where he represents buyers and sellers in the residential market.
“My focus currently is on residential properties in Chattanooga, particularly the Big Ridge area, along with rural properties in Hamilton, Bledsoe, and Sequatchie Counties,” he says.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Ducros worked as a systems administrator at Apple and Dell in Austin, Texas. He and his wife, Erin, moved to Chattanooga last year.
Ducros attributes his interest in real estate to his mother, who was an agent before becoming a teacher. “When we would move, I would get a lecture about why we were looking at certain houses and what we should look for,” he says.
Ducros is excited to be with Berkshire Hathaway in Hixson. “I could not have picked a better place to work,” he says. “I chose Berkshire for its family environment and the help that’s available to us. They work hard to help us succeed.”
Ducros is a native of New Orleans. When he’s not helping clients, he serves on the missions board at Valleybrook Presbyterian Church, builds furniture, and works toward obtaining his 200 ton Captain’s License. He and his wife, Erin, a science teacher at Bethel Bible Village, also enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking.
