Skyfall developer Rick Harris of Big Whiskey Land & Cattle hosted a public meeting Monday to allow members of the Ooltewah community to learn more about the Skyfall neighborhood proposed for the 2600 block Ooltewah Ringgold Road. The event took place at West View Elementary.
If approved by the Hamilton County Commission at their March 18 meeting, Skyfall will provide 35 single family homes for the area. The neighborhood will feature French Country and Low Country architecture with winding roads, creating a sense of individual neighborhoods within the community, Harris said.
The neighborhood will include garden homes in the price range of $240,000 up to $320,000 and larger homes with 4,000 square feet of space priced from $360,000 to $500,000. In addition to the 26 single-family residences, there will also be nine single family attached residences. Speaking to the neighbors’ concerns, Harris said there will be no apartments or rental properties included in the development.
The Skyfall development will also feature a pond, a clubhouse, a pool, a dog park, substantial landscaping, a shared garden plot, and a fountain in a roundabout.
“We believe Skyfall will be a great asset to the Ooltewah area,” Harris said.
