McCoy Homes held a Realtor-only sneak peek event at its design center on East Brainerd Road last week. The event allowed agents to learn what McCoy has to offer their clients.

During the event, McCoy previewed two communities available for custom builds and purchases. The Ridges of Crystal Brook offers more than 70 estate lots in Apison, including executive homes from the low $300,000s. Scarlet Ridge in Ooltewah offers 17 new homes on .75 to 1.5 acre lots. Homes begin in the mid $200,000s.

Maps of the neighborhoods were available for viewing, and the entire McCoy team was on hand to answer questions, including general contractor and owner Billy McCoy, Vice President of Operations Connie McCoy, lead designer Julie Bledsoe, and Chief Operating Officer Bryan Bledsoe.

Joining the McCoy team were Paula Palmer of Real Estate Partners, the listing agent for McCoy, and Mike Tally of People’s Home Equity.

Palmer said working with McCoy is a pleasure. “He’s very customer service oriented,” she said. The entire building process is stress-free for buyers.”

A number of Realtors attended the event, including Dan Griess of Crye-Leike, who wanted to meet Billy and view his house plans. “Billy is building many homes in our main service area, Ooltewah,” Griess said. “By knowing the kinds of products the different builders are producing, we can better serve our buyer clients.”

Although McCoy is in the process of building homes in Crystal Brook and Scarlet Ridge, Billy said buyers are welcome to either customize their house or build an original design from the ground up.

“We love what we do, and we’re looking forward to seeing people make a McCoy home their home,” Billy said.
