Gregory Leitner will lead the newly opened Polsinelli regional office in Chattanooga, Tenn. Polsinelli is a law firm with more than 640 attorneys in 16 cities stretching from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles. Its local branch will serve national clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate, corporate finance and real estate matters.
Leitner is a Polsinelli shareholder who focuses on large commercial transactions in manufacturing with an emphasis on chemicals and IP issues related to products.
Also joining the firm are: K. Chris Collins, an associate who advises clients on general corporate matters; Ralph Killebrew, Jr., a shareholder who assists clients with general corporate issues; and Dustin Manning, an associate who advises clients in general corporate matters.
Leitner, former outside general counsel for a large chemical business located in Tennessee, says Polsinelli’s national reach and commitment to better serving clients attracted the group to the firm. “The larger geographic footprint Polsinelli offers plus the growth of the firm were attractive to our group,” stated Leitner. “The Nashville-Chattanooga-Atlanta corridor is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States and Polsinelli’s national practices and deep talent pool are a natural fit for this business region.”
