Penny Murray has joined the firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel as human resources director.
Murray will be responsible for the firms’ talent strategies, which include managing and implementing its vision for talent, employee relations and human capital management.
She has more than 23 years of experience in human resources in various industries – including education, manufacturing, public utilities, and transportation and logistics.
Murray completed her MBA at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration at Tennessee Technological University.
She is a member of several professional associations including the Chattanooga Society for Human Resources Management, Society for Human Resources Management, the Association for Talent Development and the National Association for Law Placement.
Murray is also a sustaining member of Junior League of Chattanooga, a Chattanooga 2.0 collaborator and an alumnae adviser for Kappa Delta Sorority.
