Heather Abbott will be the guest speaker at Siskin Hospital’s 17th annual Possibilities luncheon Tuesday, March 3. The luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

Abbott experienced a life-changing injury during the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people and wounded more than 200.

The luncheon will also feature a video that highlights a Siskin Hospital patient who has overcome disability.

A steering committee led by Jeff and Cindy Messinger is working with Siskin Hospital staff to coordinate the luncheon.

The Possibilities luncheon is Siskin’s only communitywide fundraising event. The proceeds provide services for patients without adequate insurance to cover the cost of their care.

Contact Donna Deweese at 423 634-1208 or ddeweese@siskinrehab.org for more information. Register for the luncheon at www.SiskinRehab.org.
