Chattanooga has been listed as one of the 2018 10 Best Places to Retire by Livability.com, ranking No. 4.
Each of the 10 cities ranked offers access to affordable and quality health care, an accessible cost of living, retiree-friendly businesses and services, as well as amenities to keep residents active and engaged.

Skuid earns spot on Technology Fast 500

CBL to redevelop Hamilton Place Sears
CBL Properties has announced plans to redevelop the Sears building at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga. Construction on this project will begin in early 2019.
As part of the project, Chattanooga will welcome new-to-market entertainment venue Dave & Buster’s, which will feature hundreds of the latest arcade games, state-of-the-art sports viewing and food and beverage.
The project will include a national specialty retail junior anchor, an approximately 145-room boutique-style hotel, Class “A” office space and additional restaurants and specialty tenants. More details will be announced in the coming months.
