Baker Donelson has added two new associates to its Chattanooga office.
Malia Bennett is a member of the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy group and assists clients in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, and loan workouts.
While attending law school, Bennett was a practicing student attorney for the University of Tennessee’s Transactional Legal Clinic and served as a summer clerk in Baker Donelson’s Chattanooga office.
She graduated from the UT College of Law in 2023 with honors.
Skylar Burton focuses his practice on litigation matters across various industries. Burton is an associate and a member of the Advocacy Department in Baker Donelson’s Chattanooga office.
He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2023.
